What is GDIA Philippines?
Global Implant Academy Philippines: Is a professional implant training facility located in the heart of Philippines. It aims to provide top notch implant education for trainees from all over the world.
What is GDIA?
Global Dental implant Academy: Is an international implant training community founded in 2012 primarily in USA by an esteemed periodontist Dr. Jin Kim.
Now the community comprises many off shore subsidiaries in Korea, Mexico, Iran, Romania, Ukraine, Russia…etc. The YDIA is the official representative of GDIA in Philippines, Africa and middle east since 2017. You can find further details at https://www.gdia.com/
program structure
The program has a modular design. It is composed of 3 training modules with a total of 120 CE hours along 17 training days. The whole program is finished in 4 working months with 2 optional months for following up the cases and finalizing restorations.
The practical sessions and live surgeries are the main domains of the training. Each candidate should at least place and restore 2 implants through the modules. The diversity is a prime goal in clinical cases. Participants are urged to perform a variety of implant placement protocols and restoration protocols covering the most used approaches in everyday practice.
The program aims to provide thorough education for surgical and prosthetic implant protocols for simple, moderate and difficult case. The prime goal that the trainees become a stand alone implantologists who can plan his case, perform the surgical part and restore them efficiently.
The program has a unique character as it is a digitally based training allowing participant to incorporate digital implant practice in all surgical and prosthetic aspects.
